(in the message section of the booking form please provide the riders details - name, age if under 18yrs, approx height & weight, riding ability).



Payment - we require full payment on booking using the booking link.



Cancellation - we require full payment on booking.


We understand that unforeseen circumstances do occur & cancelling, or rescheduling becomes necessary, but we require 48hrs notice.


Deposits are non-refundable in case of less that 48hrs cancellation or no-show.



Registration - rider registration forms must be filled out before your first lesson. 



General Information - riding is a risk sport and holds a potential danger and that all horses may react unpredictably on occasions. We make every effort to ensure the safety of clients and their property, but horses are not machines and clients and visitors must accept the risk of personal injury or loss.



What To Wear - there is no need to worry about what to wear on your first lesson, as we do not expect you to have all of the right clothes to start with, but shoes with a small sensible heel to stop your foot slipping through the stirrup, long trousers, jackets must be done up, minimum jewellery, long hair tied back. We supply the riding hats free of charge.



Rules & Regulations

- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the yard either externally or internally, smoking is permitted in the car park only, please dispose of your cigarette butts carefully.


- Dogs are not permitted on the premises.


- Horses are unpredictable animals therefore we need to always think about safety. Never walk behind a horse. Do not scream or make loud noises.


- Do not feed the horses, unless you have asked a member of staff.


- Do not take photographs or videos without permission.


- All rubbish to go in the bins or skip, where possible, please take waste or recycling home.


- Please respect and listen to the advice and help staff give to you as it is for your own safety. 


- Any thieves will be reported to the police and may end in prosecution. 


- Any violent, abusive, slanderous or liable behaviour towards us or our staff will not be tolerated.


- Your cars and property are left at your own risk and should be kept locked at all times.
